POSITION: Senior IT Consultant / Team Lead

THE WORK:
- Lead technical resource for our company in addition to servicing clients
- Hands-on site support technician and consultant to many small- and medium-size businesses
- Onsite and remote support
- Work examples include: end user support, server installation & configuration, network planning & security, and much more
- We assume complete responsibility for the site and computer issues, and are advisors to management
- Need to be able to work independently and have a dependable vehicle
- This is an immediate opening for a full-time position
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS NEEDED:
- 5-10 years related work experience required
- Extensive experience with Microsoft servers and network environments - Windows 2000, 2003, SBS
- Extensive experience with Microsoft desktop versions of Windows
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Virus cleanup and registry evaluation
- LAN / WAN, IP address routing
- Email servers & spam management
- Troubleshooting and people skills are critical

COMPENSATION:
- $50 to 60k base starting salary depending on experience
- Substantial quarterly bonuses based on productivity
- Can arrange to compensate for any existing clients
